This is an interlocutory appeal from the denial of a special appearance. See TEX. CIV. PRAC. & REM. CODE ANN. § 51.014(a)(7) (Vernon Supp. 2002). Appellant raises five points of error challenging the denial of the special appearance based on the trial court's conclusions that (1) appellant waived the special appearance and (2) the court has personal jurisdiction over appellant. Appellant also urges that the trial court erred in overruling its objections to appellees' response to the special appearance. Because we find that appellant had sufficient contacts with Texas to establish general jurisdiction, we affirm the trial court's order.
